DynaFlow ApS is the data controller for the processing of personal data on dynaflow.dk.

What we collect

On dynaflow.dk we only collect the information you provide yourself via the contact form:

• Name
• Company
• Email
• Phone (if you fill it in)
• The message you write yourself

We do not use analytics, tracking cookies, Facebook pixel, Google Analytics or similar on dynaflow.dk.

Technical logs at Cloudflare (our hosting provider) may contain technical information such as IP address, timestamp, browser information and requested URL. IP addresses are considered personal data under GDPR. The information is used for operation, security, bot protection and troubleshooting.

Legal basis and purpose

Processing of information from the contact form takes place on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and following up on them (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

We have assessed that our interest in contacting you after your enquiry outweighs any considerations for your rights — precisely because you have reached out yourself and expect to hear from us.

Processing of technical logs at Cloudflare takes place on the same legal basis (legitimate interest in operation and security).

How long we store it

Enquiries are stored for up to 24 months from the last contact, after which they are deleted. Cloudflare’s technical logs are typically stored for 30 days as part of their standard log retention.

Data processors

We use the following sub-processors to run dynaflow.dk:

• Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.) — hosting of dynaflow.dk, security protection and bot protection (Turnstile).
• Resend (Resend, Inc.) — transactional email delivery of the contact form’s enquiries to us.
• Google Fonts (Google LLC) — delivers the Inter web font. Loaded from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com when you visit the site.

Transfer to third countries: We aim for processing within the EU/EEA. If transfer to third countries (e.g. the USA) occurs, it takes place on a valid transfer basis — typically the EU Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). Cloudflare, Resend and Google are all covered by either the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or SCCs.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Have incorrect information corrected
• Have your data deleted (the right to be forgotten)
• Restrict or object to the processing — particularly relevant when the legal basis is legitimate interest
• Receive your data in a structured format (data portability)

Contact kontakt@dynaflow.dk. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk), if you believe we process your information contrary to the rules.

Security

We protect dynaflow.dk with an encrypted connection, security headers and technical measures against common attacks, spam and automated abuse. The contact form is protected with Cloudflare Turnstile.
