ERP project management

ERP project management that keeps decisions and momentum together

ERP projects rarely go wrong for a single reason. The problems often arise when decisions, scope, vendors and business aren’t held properly together. That’s exactly the coherence we help create.

ERP projects rarely lack more meetings.

They lack clear decisions, realistic scope and someone who holds the threads together — less noise between people, data and decisions.

The link between management, users, vendor and technology

The independent project manager

We look after your interests, whoever delivers the solution. You get someone who holds the vendor to account and translates between business and technology.

Managing scope and budget

We keep track of what’s been agreed, what costs extra, and what can wait — so the project doesn’t drift.

The link between you and the vendor

We speak both business language and ERP language, so misunderstandings are caught before they get expensive.

Plan, risk and momentum

We lay out a realistic plan, follow up on it, and flag in good time if something is starting to go wrong.

How we steer a project

Structure that keeps the project on track

01

Overview

We create a status of scope, plan, open items and stakeholders — even on projects that have stalled.

02

Scope and decisions

We make it clear what needs to be decided, by whom and when, so the project doesn’t idle.

03

Momentum and risk

We keep up the pace, follow up and step in early when something is starting to go wrong.

Frequently asked questions

Do we have to choose your solution to use your project management?

No. Our project management is independent. We’re happy to lead a project where another partner delivers Business Central — our role is to look after your interests.

When does it make sense to hire an external project manager?

When the ERP project is big enough to carry real business risk, and you don’t have an internal person with the time and experience to steer it. An experienced project manager can often save both time and expensive detours by creating clear decisions, realistic scope and momentum.

Can you step into a project that has already stalled?

Yes. We’re often brought onto projects that have stalled. We start by creating an overview of status, scope and open items, and lay out a plan to get it back on track.

How involved do we have to be ourselves?

ERP projects only succeed with ownership from your side — that’s something we can’t replace. But we take on the heavy steering and coordination work, so your people can focus on the decisions only you can make.

Facing an ERP project?

Tell us briefly about the project and where you are in the process, and together we’ll assess where an experienced project manager makes the biggest difference.
