Implementation

A Business Central implementation that starts with your business

A new ERP system touches the entire business. We run a structured process where you know what happens — and when — so you reach a go-live with fewer surprises and a better overview.

We start with your business — not the system.

Most ERP projects that go wrong do so because the setup never came to fit the way the business actually works. That’s why we spend time understanding your processes before we touch Business Central.

How a project unfolds

From clarification to safe operation

A fixed process with clear phases, so you always know where the project is — and what the next step is.

01

Clarification

We map your processes, requirements and data, so we know what the system needs to do — and what you can do without.

02

Setup

We configure Business Central to your business: accounts, dimensions, workflows and roles.

03

Data and testing

We move your data, set up integrations and test the flows together with your key users.

04

Go-live and operation

We take you safely live and stay close in the first weeks, where most questions show up.

This is a good fit if you:

  • are facing your first Business Central solution
  • are switching from an older or different ERP system
  • want control of data and processes before go-live
  • want dedicated consultants with you all the way

Frequently asked questions

How long does a Business Central implementation take?

It depends on your size and complexity. A focused implementation for a smaller business can run in a few months, while projects with many integrations and customisations take longer. We set a realistic plan from the start.

Can we bring data from our current system?

Yes. We typically move master data such as customers, vendors and items, plus open entries and history where it makes sense. What comes across is agreed in the clarification phase.

Should we customise Business Central, or use standard?

We recommend using standard where possible, and only customising where it adds real business value. That makes the system cheaper to run and easier to update.

What happens after go-live?

We stay with you with support and ongoing development. Most needs for adjustments arise once the system has been in operation for a while — and that’s where we’re ready.
