About DynaFlow

We’ve sat with ERP from almost every side of the table.

DynaFlow is a specialised ERP consultancy built by people who have worked with Dynamics NAV, Business Central, processes, reporting, operations and project management in many different roles.

We’ve been consultants, architects, managers, operations owners, business developers and the ones who themselves had to make organisations, data and systems fit together on Monday morning. That changes the way you advise.

More than system knowledge. Experience from the reality around the system.

Many ERP projects become hard because they’re treated as technology alone. But Business Central and NAV live in the middle of the business: in the finance department, in the warehouse, in sales, in reporting, in project management and in all the small decisions that keep everyday work moving.

At DynaFlow we bring technical and professional weight, but also experience from operations, management, supply chain, onboarding, product development, BI, customer success and organisational change. We know how it feels when the reporting doesn’t add up, when a process only works on paper, when a go-live is approaching, or when a project needs someone who dares to create direction.

That’s why we start with the flow. Not because it sounds nice, but because that’s almost always where the problems show up first.

The team behind DynaFlow

DynaFlow brings together three strong tracks of experience: business and processes, solution architecture and technical platform experience, and operational management and data-driven leadership.

We’re not a large consultancy with many layers. We’re a small, professionally heavyweight team, where customers meet the people who actually solve the task.

Chris has worked with Business Central and NAV from the consulting, management and business-development sides alike. He has been a consultant on NAV, Business Central and Power BI, led onboarding of new customers, built project models and held responsibility for teams, processes, reporting and organisational development.

As COO and later Chief Product Officer at a Dynamics partner company, he worked to connect strategy, operations, product, delivery and data — including onboarding models, customer-success programmes, sales and estimation processes, Power BI reporting, internal governance models and learning concepts around Business Central.

At DynaFlow, Chris uses that experience to make complex ERP tasks more manageable. He’s often the one who puts words to where the process stops, what needs to be decided, and how to get business, system and data pulling in the same direction.

Rasmus is DynaFlow’s architectural and technical centre of gravity. He has worked with Navision, Dynamics NAV and Business Central for more than two decades and knows the platform from code, architecture, product and operation alike.

Rasmus has a long Dynamics history from roles as Navision consultant, senior NAV consultant, developer, solution architect, head of systems, team lead, product director and senior product strategist — in Danish and international environments, close to standard solutions, industry-specific solutions, migrations, support, implementations and product development.

He has designed and developed solutions in NAV, worked on migration from competing systems, been responsible for technical structure and information models, and worked on projects where diplomacy, architecture and practical system understanding had to go hand in hand.

At DynaFlow, Rasmus is the one who can see what a solution can withstand technically. He’s strong at distinguishing between what should be solved with standard, what requires customisation, and what is best left unbuilt — even if someone just had a good idea in a meeting.

Brian brings practical experience from the company’s own side of the table. He has himself been responsible for operations, supply chain, finance, BI, ERP and scaling in an international growth company.

Brian has been partner and director of an international trading and logistics company that grew from 0 to 50 employees and became a strong player in exporting European raw timber to Asia. There he didn’t sit beside the business — he sat in the middle of it.

He has been responsible for end-to-end supply chain, logistics, purchasing, vendor management, international partnerships, finance, administration, KPIs, process optimisation and IT/ERP/BI — including implementation of Business Central, data-driven reporting solutions, logistics flows and governance.

At DynaFlow, Brian contributes a strong operational eye. He understands that a report isn’t good just because the numbers look neat — it has to help someone make a better decision. And a process isn’t good just because it’s documented. It has to work when the order has to ship, the goods have to arrive, the finances have to balance, and the customer is waiting.

Our goal isn’t to make ERP bigger. It’s to make it more usable.

We work with businesses where the system is important, but where everyday work matters more. That’s why our approach is practical, curious and honest.

We start with reality

We begin with workflows, roles, data and decisions. Only once we understand the everyday does it make sense to talk about setup, customisation and technology.

We combine business and technology

A good ERP project needs both. The business has to be able to explain the need, and the technology has to be able to carry the solution. We help the two worlds meet.

We also say no

Sometimes the best advice is to avoid a customisation, wait with a project or clean up the process before the system. We say that out loud — even when it makes the task smaller.

We stay close

We believe in lasting relationships. When we know your setup, your people and your history, we can advise better and help faster.

We rather like standard. Just not standard answers.

Business Central can do a lot out of the box. That’s a strength. But no business is entirely standard, and no ERP solution becomes good by being forced down over reality with a ruler.

We try to find the balance: use standard where it brings calm and lower operating cost; build or customise where it creates real value; and hold back when it would mostly cause future headaches.

DynaFlow helps Danish businesses and Microsoft partners with Business Central, Dynamics NAV, upgrading from NAV to Business Central, reporting and Power BI, ERP project management, support and partner assistance. We’re based in Kolding and work with customers across Denmark.

Shall we have a talk about your ERP everyday?
